pre-orders but we also have many regular ones. Most of our items are actual
pictures unless otherwise stated in the description of the item.
2.
For comics orders placed with multiple pre-orders together will
ship after the last book is received so check the release dates for an idea
when your books will ship. If you end up having multiple outstanding
orders, we will review outstanding orders weekly and are able to split up
orders and recombine them to ship books out in a timelier fashion to avoid
needless delays on late books. We will work with you to get books quicker if shipping
costs are covered by your orders. Please contact us for more details on this
service.
3.
For toys & other merchandise that is pre-ordered, we will ship
as soon as the item(s) arrives to us. Toys & merchandise from most
distributors will ship to us on the release date & not before.
4.
Pre-Order book(s) or item(s) dates are estimated dates given by
publishers or manufacturer. Dates are subject to change without notice from the
publisher at any time.
PAYMENT POLICY:
1.
All payment for item(s) is due within 48 hours of any purchase. If
payment is not made within the 48 hours a buyers unpaid item case will be filed with eBay to recover fees from sold item & will be relisted immediately.
2.
If you are going to bid on more items that are in auction after
you have won some. Please let me know & I will stop the system from issue
you a non-paying case. The max I will hold & combine an item(s) is up to 3
days, after that will have to be a whole new transaction.
SHIPPING POLICY:
1.
Please refer to the date of release of the book(s) in the
description and not the shipping estimated date provided by eBay. We generally
will ship out books within 72 hours of books release. Please ignore estimated
shipping dates on eBay if it is showing months away, unless of course, the book
has not been printed yet. On available item(s) that are in stock, we
generally will ship out items within 72 hours of payment.
2.
All comics are bagged and boarded,
shipped flat, in a special Gemini T-folder box.
All items
are packaged in Gemini mailers with giant DO NOT BEND sticker on front.
Larger orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes and packed
carefully with padding on all sides to avoid corner dings from rough handling
by the post office.
We are not open Weekends or
Holidays
& does not count towards the 72 hours shipping
window.
3.
Extended wait times: USPS has been experiencing extended shipping
wait times in some instances. This is especially true during the holiday season(s)
and during the pandemic. Please allow extra time for books to arrive and refer
to the tracking for better info on when your books will arrive. This is
something out of our control.
If item(s) are lost/damaged during
shipping, the item(s) will be replaced, or a refund will be issued if the item
is no longer available.
RETURN POLICY:
1.
We do not allow returns unless the item is incorrect or has any damage
caused by shipping. We do not except returns on items that you have changed
your mind or do not like after you have received it. In case of buyer remorse,
buyer not reading/understanding the description or missing something in the
photos, price change, returns will NOT be accepted.
CANCELATION POLICY:
1.
All item(s) cancelled are subject to a restocking fee of 20% no
matter the reason. There is no cancelation on Pre-order item(s) at all.

COVER ART:
1.
Cover art in most of our eBay
listings are not ‘stock’ photos.  They are, instead, taken directly from
the publishers solicitation (in most cases) months before being printed.
Logos, colors, UPC code, text may be added before final release. Due to time
constraints, we do not typically update these photos even after books are released.
2.
Unless otherwise noted in description, these are
NOT VIRGIN
variant covers. Unless otherwise noted in description, these
are
NOT INCENTIVE VARIANT
covers.
3.
Occasionally the publisher will solicit
art that changes completely for a cover. PLEASE ASK BEFORE PURCHASING if you
have any questions about the cover art solicitation and how it differs from the
final finished product. In the event the cover art changes, you will
receive the correct book you ordered based on the description we posted and actual
product released by the publisher. For example, if you order cover A, you will
receive cover A, even if the final art changes.
4.
Please note: We sincerely do want
you to be happy with your purchase and we have a fair return policy, but we do
not pay return shipping on items over differences in solicited art and the
final manufactured product.
COMIC BOOK CONDITION:
1.
We do our best to ship NM or
better comic books. A nearly perfect copy that looks brand new with only a few
very minor defects. Acceptable minor defects on a NM copy include: a
ridiculously small amount of spine stresses, very minor instances of denting (two
or three at most), slight corner blunting, small amount of ink transfer, and minor
(less than 1/8″) bends. For thicker books where a publisher decides to use
regular comic book covers instead of going square bound, noticeable corner
bindery tears are common and acceptable for a 9.2 or greater grade.
2.
In some cases, it is possible for
a comic shipped brand new from the publisher, or purchased new from a comic
store’s shelves, to already be in less than near mint condition due to the way
the comic was produced, shipped, stored, or handled prior to purchase. In case
of an issue like this, you will be notified, and we will do our best to work
out a solution to satisfy you.
3.
Our feedback rating is especially
important to us. Please contact us first if any books have serious problems,
send us pictures and we will do our best to work out a solution for you. Please

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
1.
Import duties, taxes, and any
related charges are not included in the item(s) price or shipping costs. If
these occur, the charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please
