accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping,

shipping costs and logistics for all returned items that are not defective. You
must contact us within 30 days of receipt, to request an RMA number. Items
received without an RMA number, will be refused and returned to the sender.

event the item is damaged or lost the buyer will receive an affidavit stating
the item was not received or damaged when received. The affidavit will need
to be signed and returned to the insurance agency. Once the affidavit it
received at the insurance agency a full refund will be processed.
Shipping
time for priority mail international shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks in
some cases. Normal shipping time is 6-14 days but packages can be flagged in
